Hypa helpless to resolved incorrectly termination

I paid 799 for 100/50. Wifi, however my subscription was active for only 1 week and got terminated.

When I log a call was told that Vumatel incorrectly terminated.

The service was active from 6 January 2025 and terminated on the 12 January 25.

Hypais helpless as they said it was Vumatel who terminated it.
