Hypa fibre seems to be a *****ulent company

Hypa delivers the poorest service i have ever come across im actually thinking of legal action against them...firstly the insist on payment first before that once u have paid u run around like a headless chicken as they send u round n round in circles, they don't even know who their sales ppl are coz each consultant will tell u a sales person will call u. The WhatsApp line is just the same... it seems hypa work together with vumatel to give u the run around by the time anyone gets to assist u.. 2 weeks of your time is gone and 2 weeks of your payment.. As of now it's week 2 they are still giving me the run around. Absolutely poor poor service do not use the rather afrihost or home connect they are much much more efficient and effective in their work..
