Hypa fibre, *******! ****s!

Hello, hypa fibre is a more then pathetic experience, firstly it is a ****, they have taken my money more then 1 and half month ago. They have not contacted me. About the wifi, no follow ups. Eventually I decided to cancel and request a refund, then somebody calls and says he is sending the document to fill in for refund, and that was the end , they don't respond to emails in customer service, you will spend more then R500 on the phone waiting for someone to answer your call which will never happen, and that's it, my money gone, it's a ****!!!!!!
