Hypa fibre it's bad shame!

I will to report hypa fibre wich failed to assist me, after app**** for vuma fibre they took months for them to come and install, no2 they gave me an invalid easy pay number whenever when m going to pay the number its invalid I payed via eft but still my fibre is not up and running when u call hypa they not helping instead m getting empty promises they alwys tells me to contact vuma while they are the ones who came nd install my fibre (hypa) kindly please assist me with this query or must I throw away that router and get other good service providers with internet

Hypa is never a good company
