Hypa fibre is a joke!!! Quick to send payment but never send log in details. What is the point???

Horrid experience with Hypa fibre and Vumatel. I paid for the installation on the 6th of May. Installation took place 10May, to date no log in details received. Their support on WhatsApp is a nightmare as they end the chat anytime they want to with no resolution to your problem. You then have to start the chat from scratch with the same results! Vuma keeps opening and closing unresolved queries! A ****** nightmare for someone who works from home! If you are thinking of getting fibre installed DO NOT GO FOR HYPA! You will not get any value whatsoever for you money!
