Hypa fibre and Vumatel are useless

Hypa fibre and Vumatel are useless. Customer service is 0.0 they take 72hrs to assist with queries regarding WiFi issues. I work from home and this is a huge inconvenience. They never call to check if the issue was resolved and they take long to respond to questions. Rather pay for something you know you will definitely get, not this on and off WiFi.
