Hypa fiber

Today is the 09th June 2024, I made a payment to Hypa in March 2024. I was told my internet would be installed and running is 14 days time. On the 13th May 2024 I requested a refund as I was still waiting on my internet to be installed, again I was told that it is a 14 day waiting period. Today being the 09th June 2024 I am still waiting on my refund.
