Hypa fiber

Hypa has been the worst ISP I’ve ever encountered. Their service agents are unhelpful and rude. I’ve had to follow up multiple times to get my link activated, and they still have an attitude. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, they hang up on me. WORST EVER. Are there any other service providers offering fiber connections in Imbali, Pietermaritzburg? I can’t deal with this anymore. Can someone please share an email address where I can report them? Do you report bad ISP service to ICASA?
