Hypa - Anything but Hyper, slow and pathetic!!

Most pathetic customer service. I wanted to change service providers and move to Hypa, but no one can answer my questions and they say they will contact me back, never happens. The sales person Maako says he will me back shortly, a day goes by and nothing. Call back in and get the run around, hold for certain agents and the call just hangs until the call drops off. Receptionist transfers me to a person named Wendy, nothing, call just hangs. What a waste of energy and time. Worst provider ever from the get go. I'm glad I never signed up when I look at the other reviews. A one star is even to much for this useless company. They won't be around to long.
