Horrible service

Horrible service!! I have literally been connected 2days since I was connected.When I call in all I am given the run around.I pay on time but this is the service I get?Please sort out my wifi ,it's frustrating to not be able to use something I paid for. I will report you everywhere ,I won't leave this here!
