Great service from Busisiwe

I had a really great experience with Busisiwe Magasela from Vuma’s Telesales team. From the start, she showed genuine care and commitment in helping me with my fibre order. Even though there were some delays in the process, she stayed on top of everything and made sure I was always kept informed about what was happening.

What really impressed me was the level of ownership she took. Busisiwe didn’t just treat it like another ticket, she followed up consistently, pushed things forward, and made sure progress was being made. At one point she even assisted with my order on her day off, which honestly says a lot about how seriously she takes customer service.

It’s rare to come across someone who is this dedicated and truly customer-focused. Busisiwe is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. Thank you for the support and for making sure things were handled properly.
