Following the review I wrote before, the company has been in contact with me

Following the review I wrote before, the company has been in contact with me. After I spent many hours yesterday trying to get hold of them. This morning they sent 2 technicians, who said that they can't assist with the reconnection of the so called service. I would have rated them a zero if I could.
