Extremely bad services

What a distasteful disappointing service you are giving is your customers, especially pensioners. I have a account with you and all that was explained and the layout it completely nonsense. I now have to call multiple times to get my account sorted and working. When I signed up to be your customer I was told an amount I should pay monthly and now all of a sudden my payments made each month are short payments, this is a nonsense business especially to us pensioners. Explain how you say you give a pensioners a reference each month to make payments. How am I suppose to do it ? I made payments and now you are telling me it's going to take days to clear money that is in your account ? Make that make sense, now you guys charge me reactivation amount and opening a new account on my name. Where is the honesty in this business platform?
