EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am very disappointed at the bad customer service that I am receiving from this company. I app**** for Vuma WiFi on Wednesday through an agent and made payment the same day. A technician came the next day only to find out that they is a mistake with the address they can't install. Now I am going from pillar to post trying to find out when the installation will take place. You email them they don't respond. You call their customer line they promise call you with feedback nothing.. I am really angry becouse I need the line for work. Up your customer service please. You might not need us as clients but pleas do not make it obvious.
