Don't use HYPA by vuma

Good day, I'm honestly disappointed by this HYPA by Vuma business. On a monthly basis they switch off the fiber access without anything update and every I ask why the fiber it's off they say "CABLES ARE ******". Every month cables are ****** that's my questions?

when I text on WhatsApp to get feedback about this issue they send this automatic message: Please respond with expected response only. Consistently Imagen and the sad part is that we pay for this services but they treat people like we are nothing this business should be voted out from the community cause this is a ****.

I called a few minutes ago and a Zulu lady called SINELISIWE answered and she was very rude just because I'm asking her about when the fiber will be active again. What kind of business does this, will strive hard as part of the community to find a better company that will solve this message

There's a reason they rated #40 here on a helloPeter this is my last month with this HYPA Service I'm cancelling this nonsense. Everytime it goes off I loose money online it's honestly nonsense. Only if I knew they have a bad rating I wasn't going to use them
