Disgusting service

Hypa has the worst experience when it comes to customer service. I have requested for my refund since, 15 January 2024. I was told my refund would be processed within 14 days. I waited till this date 15 February 2025, yet still no refund. The agent telephonic have me further instructions which I did. The last straw was the whatsapp agent I spoke to, asked for my query @15:24.. I immediately rep****, asking how far my refund process is. The whatsapp agent did not tepky again until I asked if he/she was still there @16:55. The agent then rep**** how I need to apply for my refund without asking what steps I took and just ended the chat.
