Connected. No internet access

I was initially happy and impressed after making a payment and a day latet they came to install. Wifi was working perfectly until around 5pm on Tuesday evening. Almost 24 hours later there's no resolution. I am very frustrated because I've been troubleshooting all day yet Vosloorus still has an outage.
