Cancelations of debit order

It's been three months now since I have canceled my debit order with Hypa but my account is still being debited. I have sent several e-mails and all I ever got was confirmation that the e-mail was received (automated) with reference. Bt no one ever gets back to you. Calls also were made but the people i was able are sales consultants who are unable to do anything with cancelations only that it has been sent through. I wonder if I will ever be refunded. They a really good at ignoring e-mails
