Bad service hypa fibre

Hi,I'm definitely not happy with hypa fibre service.i just paid the bill today,my internet not working at all.i tried calling no answer then WhatsApp with the teller or service consultant via WhatsApp,still no answer.the service is so poor and can't even recommend to anyone else.better they refund us back.will check other providers
