Bad service for HYPA

Vuma installation was scheduled for today at 10:00 they arrived at 11:30.

They were supposed to install the fiber. that I have paid on the 6 March 2024 . They did not complete their job.

They took the device for fiber and left and told me that maintenance will come because they having difficulties in installing.

To be honest they did nothing except for digging outside and drilling holes on my wall.

Why would vuma send people to me that do not know their job.

When I check on their whatsap number they are saying they have high calls volume.

I haven't been assisted accordingly since I have paid them.

They have bad service, do not consider their service if you need fiber.
