Bad service and they are not professional

The service of this company is very poor not mention the staff yho I've never seen any thing like this in my life. I've made payment on first but they keep on telling me that the order was cancelled by serve,.. When I want my refund they told me that I will get it but will have to wait for 7-14 days that's their company policy.. I'm so ****ed off this people are not professional and they don't know what they are doing at all.. I just want my money nothing else
