Bad service

My services were suspended a day before it was due which is tomorrow,but then i paid today yet service did not get reconnected. When i called i was told it would take 12 hrs to be active again yet they can see and confirm my payment, there service is appauling, i want a new internet provider. Im still not connected to internet
