Bad service

Bad service, been having WiFi issue and they not helping me, their agents including management have failed me , it’s been 7 days not connected on a paid up account. When I call in for assistance they pretend as if they don’t hear me .

They said the matter will be resolved in 3 days but it’s been 7 seven days now , no feedback.

It really shows that they care about their customers.
