Bad service

I ordered Fribre from this Company and paid for it...I waited for the whole month for them to come and install but that has never happened.

I requested and submitted for my monies to be refunded, I was told to wait for 14 working days its been another month.

I called them to ask about it, they said they will call me, whenever I call them, they're now promising to call me back but no one calls be for feedback.
