Bad or no service at all

I app**** for WiFi to be installed iny house on the 09 ,January 2024.It is still not done but till this day.I was told they punched in the wrong address which they then changed but still nothing.I was then advices to cancel and re apply using the same funds that I have paid..I am still not getting what I paid for.please assist in this regard.
