Bad Hypa Customer Service

I have a month to month fiber deal with them. In July i paid them the normal subscription, but unfortunately used the incorrect easy pay number. I called them to ask if they can transfer my money to correct account which was mine. The consultant escalated the call and said the will get back to me. Three days later I called them back and they said yes they see the money and they will refund my money and at that time my service was suspended already. I had to make another payment to activate my service. They said it will take 14 days to refund me. Its almost three months later and I'm still waiting for the refund. I have supp**** them with my banking details after they have confirmed that they going to do the refund but nothing to date.
