Annoyed

Been out of internet since Wednesday today is Friday without any communication or what, I then text them on WhatsApp I don't know if it's a lady or a guy who just told me they still waiting for technicians to communicate with them then he/ closed the chat as of we're done without me saying anything I found that very rude and don't care about the business, I work with my phone I get clients through this phone, how then am i suppose to work without internet for 3 days? But comes monthend you'll be cut off..... customer service training is needed..I'm loosing money because of you
