Angry customer

Bad service I have ever experienced,they decided to cancel my subscription without notifying me while my account is fully paid ,it took them minutes to close but not it's taking them 72hours to open it again,your service is Pathetic, starting from WhatsApp service to call service as of the manager you will never ever hear his/her voice ,no help me since Monday
