Alarming poor service

Apauled, disappointed and annoyed at the WhatsApp service received from HYPA FIBRE. I waited for service to be reconnected to my wifi from 8:30 till 22:00 and no assistance was provided. I'm without internet and I must wait for someone to help tomorrow.
