Got ****med by hyundai fourways

I regret buying my first car at hyundai h promise fourways they are full of lies and empty promises... after I made full payment I realized the car radio wasn't functioning properly it's week 3 and I'm still driving a car without sound when I call for an update they keep on lying. Worse it's week 4 and I still haven't received my car papers it almost feels like I bought a ****** car. I don't think I'll ever recommend or buy their server again... When I went to hyundai straight I trusted the name as they are a big company but I feel ****med highly disappointed. What's worse I told them my experience with the previous dealership and why I decided to just go straight to hyundai as I believed their service will be better but it's worse than those dealerships across the street the one's we usually think are *****.
