Frustrating service and lack of communication

3 days ago New Terrible service. I want nothing to do with the dealership again. Bought a vehicle from them and it took them over 4 weeks and countless frustrated visits to get my spare key, license disk, all signed documentation and my hub caps replaced as management and sales staff had promised. No communication to let me know their progress on anything, I had to go back to the dealership to ask every time. Poor service from sales personnel to the sales manager
