poor customer care at Hydraulics online Store - Sandton

Bought goods from Hydraulics online store and the goods delivered had defects, we've been in contact with them hoping they'll resolve this matter and sadly, they don't want to take any responsibility. The question is.. does their terms and conditions allow them to sell goods with defects? they didn't even bother investigating the defects. They have poor customer care and it seems all they're good at is distributing ******* goods to unsuspecting online shoppers!!
