Online Hydraulic store Is mess and unprofessional

Hydraulic Online store is a mess. i bought two t shirt on the 24 November and choose to collect at store instead of courier in my address. i went to collect at mall of Africa when they open sealed package one t shirt was missing. i was told to follow up with online store n was given WhatsApp number to engage with them. no one is responding on this its been days, n ive realized im being made an asshole. im so disappointed with this guys
