John Richmond Sneaker

On 26 March 2024 I made purchase of a pair of John Richmond sneakers for R6990.00 at hydraulics menlyn store. Upon wearing my for the first time on the 13th April and the day after i noticed the shoes has cracks already, Which on the 15th to 16th April i brought up the issue with the store. They took back the shoes for further investigation with no resolution to the matter. According to my understanding Hydraulics store is a firm believer of offering quality products hence i opted for that shoe at your store.

Till today i still maintain that i didn’t get the value for the R6990.00 i paid for the sneaker as the sneaker is of utterly poor quality and i wish to get a refund or an exchange as part of the consumer protection act which i believe was violated in my issue not being resolved amicably.

Your regional manager sent me an irrelevant email that doesn’t resolve the issue i presented regarding the poor quality of the product and poor customer service.
