Ice Berg Sneaker peeling off

I’m very disappointed at hydraulics store Sandton customer service. I have bought a sneaker online from their website just before Easter for a wedding, wasn’t really happy with the quality of the sneaker when I received it, it felt just too light for the price I paid for, however I didn’t have enough time to go to the store and change it for a different pair. I then wore the sneaker during the occasion and to my disappointment, the labelling or branding started peeling off on day one. I then returned the sneaker to Sandton store to lodge a formal complaint, however I was so disappointed to hear that it was peeling off due to negligence even after I have explained to them how it exactly happened and not even washed a single time. They showed no sign of assisting me at all, worse they were so rude to tell me about negligence. I’m their client and I don’t expect them to treat their clients like that as they’re a reputable clothing store. To this day, my sneaker is still sitting with them.
