Hydraulics store is a ****

I bought a jacket and jean that was on sale they came in 2 separate dates a day after receiving both items because I didn’t want to exchange the items on separate orders i wrote an email to login in a return and they didn’t respond for the whole week I called the store they said I should call the head office i tried to call using the number i was provided by the store they did not pick up I messaged them on Whatsaap and insta they gave me the same email that is not responding.. later on after 5 days they responded and said they do not exchange or refund on sale items what am I supposed to do with clothes thst don’t fit and don’t like what about my rights as a customer?
