Hydraulics Sandton City Bad Customer Service

On the 13th of February I bought Karl Lagerfeld sneakers and after wearing them 3 times, they started tearing inside and I wanted to return them mid May however I was not in town and which led me returning them on the 14th of May and I complained to Zakes who was the sales person I dealt with when I was buying the shoes and also the manager (Sandile)was there and they both agreed that there is not way that after 3 months of buying shoes they shouldn’t e in that condition. I left the shoes with them as they said they need to send them to their head office for evaluation and it will take 21 days for them to come back to me. After two weeks without communication, I reach out to Zakes for an update and he didn’t respond to my WhatsApp message for days which led me calling him on the 31st May and he told me that my evaluation was rejected by the head office and the reason was it was a wear and tear problem. I requested to talk to the manager (Sandile) as it didn’t make sense that how can the store not take accountability as I only wore the shoes 3 times? He said that the head office sent back my shoes to the store and I said how come no one had communication that with me? So if I didn’t follow up my shoes were going to sit on that store until kingdom comes. The manager didn’t assist me me as he said he received authority from the he’s office. This company has no refund and 3 months policy because they no they are selling **** products and they think very little of their customers. Now I’m stuck with torn sneakers that I paid a lot of money for and with no accountability from this company. Hydraulics Sandton city is a **** with poor customer service.
