Hydraulics-quality of clothes questionable

I bought a Karl Lagerfeld tshirt (2years ago) and a Karl sneaker last year in November at Hydraulics in sandton. The Tshirt looks like its 4 years old, the neck is a mess. My sneakers have started peeling off less than a year of purchasing them. The quality of clothes they are selling is questionable as compared to other brands i bought at the same time.
