I regret to inform you that despite my limited usage, I have noticed several cracks appearing on the shoes’ surface. It is worth noting that I have taken great care to wear them sparingly and have strictly adhered to the recommended usage instructions provided by your brand.

Upon closer examination, I discovered that the warranty for these shoes has recently expired. While I understand that warranties are put in place to protect the manufacturer against defects within a specific period, I believe that the cracks appearing on the shoes after such limited use indicate an inherent flaw in their construction.

Considering my loyalty as a customer and my belief in your brand’s commitment to quality, I kindly request your assistance even if am still being charged for you to fix my shoes it’s still fine I really don’t have a problem because I can’t be walking around with such shoes while people are saying am wearing **** shoes.
