Dishonest staff and practices

Be warned: poor service with dishonest staff - not run like the "premium brand" store they market themselves as. Staff lie about pricing and returns; a downright dishonest company. The numerous Hello Peter complaints here are testament to the poor and dishonest service.

I am highly disappointed at the laissez-faire attitude and sheer incompetence of so-called "management". Tantamount to thievery. Do better.
