Bad customer service

I had ordered an iteam from hydraulic on the 27th of November 2024, which was meant to be delivered in 7days , on the 9th of December 2024 I received an email that unfortunately they could not deliver the parcel with no explanation or what’s so ever , they requested I choose either to get a refund or an online coupon, I emailed them back taking the offer of getting a coupon, and they have not responded to emails since then. Been calling the stores and the online contact number they gave me which is never answered, it’s been close to a month now with no refund or any communication
