Wish I could give a negative rating

Never in my life have I come across a worse company. Constant drops in line. I've called them every single week for more than a year, and the problem still can't be fixed. Not even the receptionist knows what she's doing, and she's just suppose to be able to transfer calls - yet also tries to be a technician and tell me what's wrong with my line, when she's not dropping the phone.

Problem after problem with them. Every time it drops they say "it's maintenance." What ISP does maintenance almost every single day? But then! Depending on who you speak to, it's not maintenance, just a bad line. So a bunch of ***** too.
