Where is the support!?!?!

I have been having problems with my internet over this festive season. I have been disconnected from my internet more than once during my period with this company and they were helpful in the beginning when i started with them. Now a month later they have stopped responding to my emails and if you try to call their office it goes to a satellite phone where a very nice lady picks up. ***! Today when I tried to contact the after hours support number it goes straight to voice mail and there is nothing else you can do but wait and hope that they will eventually switch on this phone so you can get some help. I am very disappointed in their service they have provided me and the reason I chose them was only too not have this exact same problem with telkom. They are worse than telkom. I hope they see this and understand that there are people who needs SUPPORT!!!!
