This is ridiculous

This is the second time I have returned home after work for there to be no Internet. I have phones before and was said that this would be monitored. I work on weekends aswell and I cannot check my Internet 24/7. Having someone on standby till 8 pm is what I would call mandatory for an ISP I work for a company that runs 24/7, 365.25. This is ****.
