Hx-Systems Strand

We joined Hx-systems earlier this year, we haven't had any internet issues with them, however there after sales is really disgusting. On the 30/11/2019 our internet was switched off, to my understanding I thought it was just because we still had to pay, bare in mind it's R850. So I made an EFT on Sunday (1/12/2019) thinking that the internet would be running normal on Monday. Monday arrives and still no internet, my dad phones on them and spoke to a Marlo and he said very politely that Cell C discontinued the LTE packages and someone was suppose to inform us about it, which nobody clearly did. My dad then asked about getting a refund and Marlo then said that someone will phone him on the same day (2/11/2019) Tuesday came and still nobody phoned regarding getting refunded. My dad then phoned them and he spoke to a different sales man and this guy said he'll get someone to give my dad a call regarding this. Wednesday came and still no phone call, my dad then once again called and spoke to a Samantha, she promised that the money would be paid back on Friday (because its their month end) she also checked and verified that there was no email sent to my dad stating that LTE would be discontinued. Today is Friday and still nothing has been refunded. My dad phoned again today and was told by a different woman that the money would only be in sometime next week because the woman who usually does the credit was not available.

It costs my dad way more just to get his money back from this company. There after sales is pathetic and the fact that nobody informed us about the sudden change is disgusting.
