Been getting Line speeds of 0.47 download and 0.18 upload (I have the Gold 6 package) and have complained about this ever since i joined Hx-Systems but Nothing is being done

I signed up for a 6Mbps download Uncapped package with no FUP. However, for more then a month now (Way before the Lock down) I've been getting speeds of between 1-2Mbps. Way far from the 6Mbps that i'm paying R899 for a Month. please tell me what is the logic in paying R899 for the passed month and getting a line speed of less then 2Mbps? Upon my investigation, I have a Gold 6 package(R899) how ever I never saw my Line speed hitting close to 5Mbps let alone the ^Mbps that i'm suppose to get. @ best my line speed is in and around 2Mbps (Gold 2 = R499). This is Day light *******. And when it comes to payment you are eiger to send out SMSs advising me as by when you are expecting payment. On the other hand, I've logged multiple complaints about the slowness of my line and have been ignored. everytime just getting the same old we will be investigating and come back to you but they never come back. TODAY MY LINE SPEED IS 0.47Mbps download speed. So you can just imagine how angry i am. have to use my phone as a hotspot to be able to work. Buying data to work from home and I supposedly have internet at home. I already lost 4 hole days of work you HX-Systems. Truly the worst ISP in the world.
