After hours support!!!!!!

<p>So after hours support for this company on weekends is till 12pm. Am I mistaken or does the Internet also go to bed at 12pm because I am now sitting without Internet and I can't phone support... After hours support should be 24/7. I work at a 24/7 company and we always help because the Internet never goes to bed. Fix this and help me with my internet.</p>
