Worst service ever from MTN

<p>i took my phone in for repair at MTN shop Mall of the North on the 6 Nov,then received then it took a week before the phone could be dispatched to repair centre, then on the 11 Nov i received a quote from Hvrc for R1063.62 which i accepted. i follwed up with a call 2 weeks later and i was only told then that i had to pay the the money first before they can fix it-i then payed and forwarded them a proof of payment on the 22nd Nov. on the 25th Nov i received a message saying my phone has been fixed and is awaiting payments; i then called to inform them that i had payed and the lady told me to forward proof of payment again. from on everytime i call i get a different story on why they still holding up the phone; the stories ranges from the phone being fixed, payment not reflicting, phone going through quality control and a new quote of R5000 today which i am not going to pay. and i havent received my phone #Mtnpleasebackmyphone.....IMEI ********** ********** 6</p>
