Phone Received back with the Same issue it when in for!!!!!!!

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p> To Whom it might concern.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Today, 15 August my Samsung Galaxy A7 was returned to b by Courier after I had sent it back 2 weeks ago for a Repair.</p> <p>Damage on the phone was due to BAD workmanship from the repair center. Screen was coming loose.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I received the phone back and the same problem is still present on the device. Screen is still coming loose! </p> <p>THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM THE REPAIR CENTER!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I WILL NOT accept the phone like this and have sent it back via courier. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />I pay for my insurance and Mtn Contract every month without skipping a payment, I cannot believe this type of bad service towards me as a loyal Mtn Customer for the past 5 years!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />If the phone cannot be repaired to standard, I demand a brand new unit and I WILL NOT Pay for it, as the current issue is BAD WORKMANSHIP and NOT User damage.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Thank you very much.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Adam Barnard</p> <p> ********** </p>
