Pathetic After Service

<p>I sent in my S6 edge which is 3 months old. The kind lady at Mtn sent it to Hvrc for assessment. My phone was freezing and getting hot while charging. Hvrc sent the phone back to Mtn after 1 week saying they cannot swop it of because of a slight 1 cm scratch on the screen. They did not even attempt to repair it. It's been 2 weeks now and my phone is still lying with Mtn unrepaired nor swopped out. Appaling service from Mtn repair.</p>
